Our leadership program begins with becoming a Teaching Assistant (TA). TAs learn about confidence, dealing with adversity, thinking on your feet, and working hard while having fun!
Good for all
The Hongyun Art Foundation’s Global Education Initiative takes groups of students to far off places such as Myanmar, Thailand, and more!
Our program participants immerse themselves in new cultures, connect with local kids in schools and orphanages, and work to better educational outcomes by training teachers in new ways to teach kids!
Learn and earn
Demystifying entrepreneurship for middle and high schoolers, making it second nature for students to think like creative entrepreneurs (just like us!).
Taking action, understanding your customer’s needs, and testing your idea in the marketplace.
Building community
Hongyun Art students are taught from a very young age to engage civic activities such as festival volunteering, mural painting, teaching art in senior communities, and more!
Learning technology through art
Technology is the cornerstone of our lives and leveraging it to create new expressions of art is a great way to learn and grow!
Combined with our Art+Outreach program, our students mentor underprivileged students using what they’ve learned!

The Hongyun Art Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit created to expand leadership and entrepreneurship opportunities for young people. We invest time and money in entrepreneurial, artistic, and community projects lead by Hongyun Art students in middle and high school.
